Fruitful harmany salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Red Globe Grapes (halved)
  • 1 Cup Plums (sliced)
  • 1 Cup Sharad Grapes
  • 1 Cup (premium quality, diced)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fruits:

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Halve the Red Globe Grapes, slice the Plums, keep the Green and Sharad grapes whole, and dice the Guava into bite-sized pieces.

2. Combine the Fruits:

In a large bowl, gently combine all the fruits. The diverse textures and flavors will create a delightful medley.

3. Prepare the Dressing:

Ina small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Adjust the sweetness and tanginess according to your preference.

4. Drizzle the Dressing:

Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss the fruits to ensure on even coating of the dressing.

5. Chill and Marinate:

Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the fruits to soak int he flavors of the dressing.

6. Serve:

Once, chilled, take it out of the refrigerator. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves for a burst of freshness.
