Custard Apple and Oak Leaf Salad with Lolorosa Red Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

– 1 Custard Apple, peeled and deseeded

– 1 bunch of Lolorosa Red lettuce

– 1 bunch of Oakleaf Green lettuce

– 1 bunch of Oakleaf Red lettuce

For the Vinaigrette:

– 1 cup Lolorosa Red grapes, halved

– 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

   – Cut the custard apple into bite-sized pieces.

   – Wash and thoroughly dry the lettuces.

   – Tear the Oakleaf Green and Oakleaf Red lettuce into smaller, manageable pieces.

2. Make the Vinaigrette:

   – In a blender, combine the halved Lolorosa Red grapes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

   – Blend until you achieve a smooth and well-incorporated vinaigrette.
