Green goddess salad

Ingredients:

  • Lettuces
  • Kale leaves
  • Celery
  • Leeks

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop lettuces, kale leaves, celery, and leeks.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Toss the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
