Green goddess salad

Ingredients:
- Lettuces
- Kale leaves
- Celery
- Leeks
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and chop lettuces, kale leaves, celery, and leeks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Toss the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
